Just to catch you up, since tumblr is committing suicide and will go the way of MySpace by this time next year:
2017
-I got a Switch last year during an under-the-table temp job. (SW-0383-8873-5409)
-Became a Twitch Affiliate when the program launched.
-Had an epiphany and finally became an amateur voice actor. I want to work towards career VA someday.

2018
-In October, after almost eight and a half years of searching, I have finally landed a full-time job! It’s pretty good, all things considered and having real big boy income for the first time in my life is so stress-relieving. Screw anyone who tells you money doesn’t buy happiness, in this capitalist hellscape, it’s literally the only thing that’ll cure your anxiety and depression (note: not 100% true, obviously, but there’s no doubt that it definitely helps).
-I have a girlfriend now! She’s really sweet.

Anyway, there’s lots more on the horizon for me!  Smash this week, Christmas (I got people gifts for the first time in years!), furthering my voice acting ability through workshops and such, conventions (furry, anime, etc.), getting my driver’s license and a car (FINALLY), and many other bigger and better things.  I miss some of the friends I’ve made here (and before here, but they only use this site), so please feel free to follow either my Twitter, Instagram, Discord, or all of them if you want to stay in touch! Otherwise, I’ll miss you all and hope I can see you again someday!

people talk a lot about getting the mcelroys on critical role and whether or not they’d break matt and honestly? I think matt would be fine. matt has been doing this for many years of many different players’ bullshit and he actively enjoys it when his players throw him a curveball. (also he has a serious advantage that Griffin doesn’t, to whit, he isn’t their shithead little brother and therefore it is unlikely to be as fun to make him Mad.) he can run with whatever they throw at him, it’ll be great.

My stomach hurts and I can barely breathe, because I haven’t laughed this hard in a very, very long time. I only learned about this prank less than fifteen minutes ago, but I’m already dead from how ridiculous it is.

Context: Paul Rudd has a history of going on Conan O’Brien’s shows (first Late Night, then Conan) and, when asked to show a clip from his newest movie, shows this snippet of a 1988 movie called Mac and Me (an ET ripoff) that people refer to as “the runaway wheelchair scene.” And Conan falls for it… every time. The exasperation through the years just kills me. Every time Conan thinks that he’s maybe caught a break, it happens again.

He thought that Paul Rudd might have laid off the joke for Ant-Man, in hopes of not pissing off Marvel.

Look at that face. Look at that expression. Look at how resigned and dead he is. This was his chance to get Paul Rudd to actually show a proper clip. Who would piss off Marvel? Who would waste a chance to promo their new movie for a prank they’d already been doing for fifteen years?

Paul Rudd, apparently.
